Areas of application for osteopathy
Osteopathy has a wide range of applications. It is used in various fields to support the body's self-healing mechanisms.

Joint and back pain
Conditions following accidents and injuries
Sinusitis
Pelvic and menstrual cramps
Headaches, jaw joint problems
Functional digestive disorders
Support during pregnancy
Recovery after surgery
Stress-related tension
Postural imbalances
Osteopathy is also successfully used on infants, children, and pregnant women.
An osteopathic treatment session lasts between 20 and 60 minutes. Acute conditions are typically treated one to three times at shorter intervals, while chronic conditions are treated over a longer period at longer intervals. The individual response always determines the further course of treatment.
We expressly welcome and consider good cooperation with other disciplines to be essential.
For legal reasons, it must be pointed out that the listing of exemplary areas of application does not constitute a promise of healing or a guarantee of relief or improvement of the listed conditions. With regard to the spine, for example in the case of chronic spinal pain syndrome, the German Medical Association generally assumes the effectiveness of osteopathic treatments (Deutsches Ärzteblatt 2009, p. 2325 ff.).
